Directions

From I-16 South: Take Exit 2 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.), turn left, then left on 5th Street at the second light, and right onto Cherry Street.
From I-75 North/South: Take I-16 to Exit 2 (Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.), turn right, and follow the directions above.

Festival Hours

Saturday, April 26 – 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Sunday, April 27 – 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Vendor Setup & Breakdown

Setup:
- Saturday, April 26:
  - 6:30 – 10:00 AM (Food Vendors)
  - 8:00 – 10:00 AM (All Other Vendors)
- Sunday, April 27: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- Security will be provided for overnight storage.
Breakdown:
- Saturday, April 26: 9:00 PM
- Sunday, April 27: 7:00 PM

Vendor Requirements

✅ Vendors must be set up and ready 30 minutes before the festival starts.
✅ Vendors must provide their own displays, setup, and cleanup.
✅ A generator is required if electricity is needed. Weights are required for tents and canopies.
✅ Vendors must be present on Saturday.
✅ Temporary Food Permits must be submitted by Friday, April 4, 2025.

Failure to pass inspection will result in non-participation with no refund.

Check-In Procedures

📌 All vendors MUST check in with Denise Vanzant before setting up.
📌 The festival is rain or shine – no refunds will be given for weather conditions.
📌 Vehicle Restrictions:

Single booth: Only 2 people may assist with setup.
Double booth: Only 4 people may assist with setup.
Vehicles must be removed from the festival area one hour before the start time.
📌 Event Management reserves the right to close exhibits for failure to comply with event policies.
