Supporters of the Tubman Museum, including family and friends, are reminded that they have until the close of business on June 18th to complete their survey, thereby qualifying for a chance to win a gift card. A thank you is extended to those who have already completed the survey.

The objective of this feedback form is to assess each member’s experience at the museum. Your feedback is crucial to us and will be utilized to enhance our guest experience. By completing this form by Wednesday, June 18th, your name will be entered in a drawing with the possibility of one person winning a $100 gift card.
